‘Don’t stop me now’, Queen’s infectious disco anthem, has come top in our poll to find the UK’s favourite driving song.

Over 2,000 people took part in the survey, which saw songs of the past race past those of today. 32% voted Queen into pole position, Meatloaf’s ‘Bat out of hell’ came second with ‘Hotel California’ from The Eagles coming in third.
 
 
Queen held on to fourth and fifth positions with ‘It’s a kind of magic’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ - proving that the only album to take on a long journey is Queen’s Greatest Hits. Worryingly, the only current song voted in by holiday autos' customers was this summer’s number one hit ‘Crazy Frog’.
