- holiday autos brochure terms and conditions apply to all reservations made on behalf of your agency
- It is your responsibility to ensure your clients read the holiday autos small print and sign a holiday autos booking form.
- A voucher will not be dispatched until 28 days prior to hire commencement.
- Overdue items may be subject to interest rates of 2% per month from the date of invoice.
- In the event that you, the agent fails to make payment to holiday autos in accordance with the terms of this agreement holiday autos reserves the right to suspend trading arrangements with the agent until such time as payment from the agent has been brought up to date and no arrears remain outstanding.
direct debit additional terms
Statements
- Statements will be sent to you each Friday, detailing bookings that are due for payment (56 days before departure.)
Payment
- Payment for these bookings will be processed through our bank the following Thursday.
You are obliged to inform us by midday Wednesday of any bookings that should be deselected from the Direct Debit run, giving us a full and detailed account of the query in question.
- Please ensure that you notify us immediately of any changes to your bank account details.
Bookings can only be held in query status for one week. If the query is not resolved during this time you will need to request the de-selection from the following weeks Direct Debit file.
- There may be slight variations to the above when the Direct Debit process co-insides with a
Bank Holiday.
- The grant and extension of credit is at our absolute discretion and may be subject to a credit limit.
- We reserve the right to request such references and supporting material as we consider necessary as a precondition for the grant or extension of credit.
- Any claims regarding compensation must be sent in writing to our customer relations department and cannot be withheld from payment.
- These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the jurisdiction on the English courts.
